Sandnes, Norway, 3 February 2026: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.209 per share for the fourth quarter of 2025, as of today, 3 February.
The extraordinary general meeting held on 30 January in Vår Energi resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.209 per share, NOK 3 018 155 151 in total, equal to USD 300 million, relating to Q4 2025. The dividend will be paid on 12 February in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 7 January approximately at 1600hrs CEST.
