Sandnes, Norway, 30 January 2026: The extraordinary general meeting of Vår Energi ASA (the "Company") (OSE: VAR) was held today, 30 January 2026, at 15:00 (CET). The meeting was held as a digital event.
In accordance with the proposals made by the Board of directors, the general meeting approved a dividend of NOK 1.209 per share, NOK 3 018 155 151 in total, equivalent to USD 300 million, relating to Q4 2025.
