Noteres på Oslo Børs med over 19 000 nye aksjonærer
Vår Energi ønsker over 19 000 nye aksjonærer velkommen når selskapets aksjer kan handles på Oslo Børs fra klokken 09.00, 16. februar, etter et nedsalg fra selskapets to hovedeiere, Eni S.p.A. og HitecVision.

En børsnotering er et naturlig neste steg for Vår Energi i arbeidet med å realisere vårt fulle potensial som et ledende olje- og gasselskap på den attraktive norske kontinentalsokkelen. Kort om plasseringen
Tegningskurs ble 28 kroner per aksje i plasseringen, som tilsvarer en markedsverdi på Vår Energi på 70 milliarder kroner. Det ble totalt allokert 316,25 millioner aksjer i plasseringen inkludert tilretteleggernes opsjon for overtildeling. Dette tilsvarer en transaksjonsverdi på 8,9 milliarder kroner.
Fri flyt i Vår Energi etter notering vil være 12,67% dersom tilretteleggerne ikke gjennomfører kursstabiliserende tiltak og 11,02% dersom kursstabiliserende tiltak blir gjennomført. Eni og HitecVision vil etter at plasseringen er gjennomført eie respektive 64,34% og 24,64% av Vår Energi før effekten av eventuelle kursstabiliserende tiltak.
DNB Markets, en del av DNB Bank ASA, J.P. Morgan SE., Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc og SpareBank 1 Markets AS er engasjert som Joint Global Coordinators og Joint Bookrunners for transaksjonen, og ABG Sundal Collier ASA, BofA Securities Europe SA, Carnegie AS, Jefferies GmbH and Pareto Securities AS er Joint Bookrunners (samlet “Managers“).
