Sandnes, Norway, 2 July 2026: Vår Energi ASA (OSE:VAR, “Vår Energi”) has been assigned a long-term issuer credit rating of BBB by Fitch Ratings (“Fitch”), with a stable outlook.
The rating highlights Vår Energi’s strong financial position and resilience, and confirms the Company’s solid investment grade profile. In addition, the rating reflects Vår Energi’s strong operational performance, diversified asset base and financial resilience; underpinned by significant production growth following the completion of major development projects in 2025. The rating also recognises the Company’s material resource base and strong future cash flow generation, supporting a resilient capital structure.
