Sandnes, Norway, 29 May 2026: The annual general meeting of Vår Energi ASA (the "Company") (OSE: VAR) was held today, 29 May 2026, at 15:00 (CEST). The meeting was held as a digital event.
In accordance with the proposals made by the Company's election committee, the general meeting re-elected Thorhild Widvey, Ole Johan Gillebo, Francesca Rinaldi and Claudia Almadori as members of the Company's board. Consequently, the board will have the following composition¹:

- Liv Monica Bargem Stubholt, deputy chair (2025-27)

- Alexandra Uzunova, employee representative (2026-28)
- Lilli Fagerdal, employee representative (2026-28)
