Sandnes, Norway, 12 March 2026: Deputy employee representative to the Board, Finn Volrat Pettersen in Vår Energi has sold 7558 shares in the company at a price of NOK 39.6439 per share. Following the purchase, Finn Volrat Pettersen holds a total of 20827 shares in Vår Energi ASA.

Sandnes, Norway, 10 February 2026: Today, Vår Energi (OSE: VAR, the "Company") reports financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025. The Company also hosts its Capital Markets Update (CMU), presenting an updated strategy for delivering higher production and more value for longer, with material cash flow generation and attractive dividends.

Sandnes, Norway, 9 January 2026: Reference is made to the announcement by Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) on 9 January 2026 regarding the notice of an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM"), to be held on 30 January 2026 to approve a dividend of NOK 1.209 per share, NOK 3 018 155 151 in total, equivalent to USD 300 million, relating to Q4 2025.

Participants in the share purchase program are eligible to receive one bonus share for every one share bought in 2023, given these shares have not been sold or transferred in the period.

Sandnes, Norway, 18 December 2025: Vår Energi (OSE: VAR, “the Company”) is progressing the portfolio of early-phase projects, sanctioning a total of ten development projects this year. These developments form part of the Company’s early-phase portfolio of around 30 high quality projects. The projects are adding high value barrels to sustain production of between 350 and 400 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day (kboepd) towards 2030 and beyond. 

Sandnes, Norway, 16 December, 2025: Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR, “the Company”) and licence partners announce that the Previously Produced Fields (PPF) Project in the Greater Ekofisk Area is sanctioned. The project will add high value barrels from 2028 onwards and strengthen production life of the Greater Ekofisk Area.

Sandnes, Norway, 10 September 2025: Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) announce that the Jotun FPSO has reached peak production ahead of schedule. This marks a significant milestone for the Company and the continued development of the Balder field in the North Sea, adding high value barrels towards 2045 and beyond.

Sandnes, Norway 14 January 2025: Vår Energi ASA (OSE:VAR) is awarded 16 new production licences on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS), of which 5 as operator, in the 2024 Awards in Predefined Areas (APA) covering mature areas.

Sandnes, Norway 14 November 2024: Vår Energi ASA (OSE:VAR) confirms a commercial oil and gas discovery in the Equinor operated Rhombi well in the Fram licence in the North Sea. The preliminary estimate of shows gross recoverable resources of between 13-28 million barrels of oil equivalent (mmboe).

Vår Energi is one step closer to reaching its growth target as the production vessel Johan Castberg successfully anchors at the field in the Barents Sea.
