Hammerfest and Stavanger join forces on the Goliat art project

Hammerfest company Verk and Kenneth Hansen at Lovechild Scandinavia AS in Stavanger have been selected to assist Eni Norge with the artistic decoration of facilities linked to the Goliat project. “We have two exciting companies, highly skilled in their respective fields, who will help to develop an excellent artistic and creative product”, says Kaj Gunnar Dahl, who will be heading the project from Eni Norge’s office in Hammerfest.

“Goliat is the first oil field in the Barents Sea – so it is natural that we should invite northern Norwegian artists to contribute towards decorating the facilities”, explains Dahl. The project involves the decoration of Eni Norge’s new office building, now under construction in Hammerfest, and the living quarters on the offshore platform.
